- The Form One Selection is conducted competitively based on the performance of the students (Pupils) in Standard Seven Exam Results 2023 (Matokeo Darasa la saba 2023)
- Form One Selection is a recruitment process of allocating all qualified candidates who PASSED the National Final Grade 7 Exams which is done by TAMISEMI in Close collaboration with NECTA (Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania) under the Ministry of Education Science and Technology
- Candidates with Top Performance are likely to qualify to be selected in Special Boarding Public Schools like Kihaha, Tabora, Ilboru Secondary Schools, etc
- All Students are Selected to join Only Public Secondary Schools
- Form One Selections are released and organized based on provinces/regions where the student wrote their final Standard Seven National Examination
- Every Form One Selected Student MUST report to the respective school unless you will provide the evidence acceptable that you need to change the school you have been selected or even join private sector-based secondary schools

What are the key Form One Selection 2024 Entry Criteria?
To qualify to join Form One Secondary Education, the Overall/Average PASS grade set in the standard seven curriculum, PASS grades acceptable here are;
- Grade A;
- Grade B as well as;
- Grade C;
NB: The PASS grade is the average of all core subjects examined in the Standard Seven National Examination.
